Which chain store is best for oil changes?

I'm getting my oil changed and will likely be going to one of the chain stores for convenience. Any opinions on which is best....Pep Boys, Sears, Jiffy Lube, Firestone and Mr. Tire are the choices that come to mind in my area. And I mean best in terms of cost, reliability, honesty and job performance. I know it's just an oil change, but some places try to take advantage more than others.|||The best place to take it and get it done is -------- Your garage , do it yourself|||Apple21, Please take my advise! Chain shops who offer quick type oil changes can spell disaster. Un-trained people work in these places. Far too many expensive mistakes! Take your little beauty to any new car dealer for a simple oil change. Real certified mechanics do the work. Not many people know this but new car dealers don't charge any more than slip-shod joints for an oil change.

New car dealers use name brand motor oil and *better oil filters than the fast oil change shops.|||Goodyear is good. I assume Firestone is good as well. I guess in the end, they can all do an OK job on oil changes, but don't let them sell you air filters or transmission or cooling system repairs. For those repairs, the shop should be ASE certified or AAA certified. It DOES make a difference.
