How do i solve this physics problem?

You are riding your bike down a 10 m long ramp at a 35 degree angle. you start from rest at the top. you have 24 inch diameter tires with a mass .15 kg. The tire can be modeled as a thin hoop with I=MR^2. How much of your initial energy is transitional (linear) kinetic energry at the bottom? How do i solve this physics problem?
I think this will be evident from working out your first question regarding speed at bottom of hill. (See: How would I do this problem on linear speed?)

Looks like it turns out 50% transitional and 50% rotational.
