Mr.Tires return policy ?

i bought this tires from mr.tires store for 700 dollars, the guys said that he have to order it and want me to pay for it first so i did. but 3 days later i found some a very good deal on ebay so i want to cancel the tires i just bought. i didn't put the tires on my car yet, it's still at the store but the sale man said that i can't return it because he special order it for me . the store have the 30 days return policy for other tires but not this one. The sale man never told me that i can't return the tires if i dont like it.so i'm stuck . i dont want to pay 700 dollar when i know i will get something else for much less. i dont know what to do .


i saw this in their return policy





We are so confident of our top quality tires, if you are not pleased with your purchase in the first 30 days or 500 miles, whichever comes first, you may return your undamaged tires and exchange them for any others of equal value, or receive a full refund.





can i tell them to mount it then return the tires?|||Pay up- no returns on special orders. Follow through the contract(verbally) as you agreed too.|||you screwed up, I know of no company that will refund for items that have to be special ordered.
