Why govt of Maharashtra failed in arresting Mr Raj Thakrey for his anti national activity?

His anti UP Bihar tired had uprooted lakhs of poor family, they were kicked and looted. Even females were raped in some part of the country. Is the govt sleeping over the issue? Who gave him the right to demonstrate such activity on behalf of all People of Maharashtra? Does the Congress, NCP, BJP, SJD %26amp; MNS think people would vote for them? How much loss has the industries taken for his adventure?
