Is this just opening another front on the war on terror or something far worse and more misguided?|||I have no problem going to war with a country that has attacked us, but I noticed an amazing thing. When I listened to Bush making his case, I got a glimpse of deja vu, lo and behold it was the same words only instead of Iraq it was Iran! Whats wrong here is that I feel I've been taken to the well once too often and I do not believe a word out of his mouth. I don't believe him. It could all be true, but hes cried wolf once too often and lost any credibility he ever had with me. That's a dangerous thing, if I feel that way the probability is that others do too, and that's a very poor prognosis for a future war. If I have so little faith left in him then he should resign, but wait, if he resigns then we will have Cheney, and that man would have even less credibility than Bush. As a country, we are in for a very bumpy ride, and who ever the next president is they are going to inherit a very divided and angry country.|||There Will not be war with Iran if they learn how to be a good neighbor.|||I hope no one believes anything this administration says about Iran. We need to wise up and pay attention to what's going on in the world. Our failure as a country to do that is why we are in Iraq now instead of finding Osama bin Laden.|||america cant cope right now ,its getting smashed in iraq and afghanistan , and they want go for iran , whooof if they thought iraq was hell iran are about 12000 times worse trust me i live in the area.|||I do not believe that Bush will begin another war in Iran. We do not have the troops or the will; however, wouldn't it be nice if some of the Muslim countries took an active stand to prevent a war by talking to Iran telling them to back off. But they won't do this because they are all Muslims and share the same point of view about the infidels. According to the Jihad section of the Qur'an, Muslims must stick together in order to convert the world to Islam. If Iran does not back off and stop supplying Iraq with armament then the US may decide to hit Iran's nuclear facilities rather than its cities. The president of Iran is a psychopath and there is no telling what this nut may do. He is VERY dangerous.|||bush is no reagan. sad to say.|||If the former President, had not shown America to be a weak country we would not be in this war at all,Bill Clinton had no backbone, he made us look weak and afraid. That is why we were attacked, the planning for 911 started well before Mr. Bush took office.
President Bush has shown the world that America will not be bullied, we will protect our own, I am glad we have a leader that will do whatever he can to protect this country.
