Essentially I've been shopping around for new tires. I went to sears. They sell a Falken tire for 62 per tire. I don't know much about Falken. However when you do the mount and balance it comes around to $333. Mr. Tire seems to have better deals. They don't charge for balance, mount, waste disposal fee and valve stems. But they sell the following tires. Runway Tires (never heard this name), Kelly tires, Bridgestone, Continental. They have a deal on Yokohama where when you buy 3 you get 1 free which would be cheaper then the sears falken tire deal and I beleve yokohama is a better tire right???? I essentially am looking for a tire that last the longest and has low noise nothing speical. I'm tight on money....|||Runway tires are a very cheap and horrible little Chinese import. We used to sell them at the tire store I work for as a cheap entry level tire. I loathe them.
Kelly is a private label brand - meaning they design their own tires but contract out the manufactering to Goodyear and others.
The Falken 512 is fine as long as you don't need them to last a long time or drive in any kind of snow. Consumer Reports just LUV's that tire for reasons I can't fathom. I rank it just above the Runway's. Consumer Reports has a history of recommending some of history's worst tires.
The Bridgestone Insignia SE200 is a very good all-season tire with good wear and a reasonable price.|||Try Tirerack.com. They have reviews of tires there.

If you're on a budget, you may have to avoid the big names. Some of the 'no-names' are actually made by big name companies.|||I had yokahoma tires on my 94 Altima and they improved the handling of the car. the all weather tires were the ones I had. they also lasted about 75,000 miles too.
